LAMPS NOT RECEIVED/ DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES
If your order has not been delivered as set out in clause 4. ‘Delivery of Goods’ of our Terms & Conditions of Supply, please contact LSUK immediately to notify us of the issue and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
LAMPS NOT SUITABLE/ NOT PRODUCING DESIRED RESULTS
We always work closely with our clients to ensure our products are carefully tailored to suit your working environment, both aesthetically and also to produce the best possible energy saving solution for your business.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with suitability or performance of any of our LED or induction products, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and we will work with you to find a solution.
If there is a fault with the supplied LED or Induction Lamps within the specified warranty period, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
Refunds or replacement of faulty lamps will only be issued as described in clause 5. ‘Quality Of Goods’ of our Terms & Conditions of Supply
